# One-Time Release: 12 Feminized Seeds
– My Prized Early 2000’s Headband” Not Loompas, Not 707 and not Notsos cut. Not the Bloomington cut. Also not the same as 56 day headband. This cut is unique.
Hey fam,
I’ve been holding this cut longer than any other strain in my garden — over 20 years — I’m finally letting go of one single pack of 12 feminized seeds from my original early 2000’s Headband clone. This is it. Probably won’t be more after this. I have years worth of projects so it would have to wait.
This plant came to me in the very early 2000’s as straight “Headband.” No lineage, no story, and it’s been in my stable ever since.
I’ve grown Loompa’s Headband. I’ve run the 56-day cut, I’ve grown the 707 and a couple of other named Headbands. This one is a completely different animal.
It’s sour diesel leaning in structure and vibe, and it carries that full classic Sour Diesel terp spectrum — plus real old-school skunk.
Flower structure is better than the Sour D cuts I’ve run. The flowers stack nice, not too dense not too fluffy. with that greasy, loud-as-hell profile that will straight-up murder carbon filters and permeate everything in the room. Gram in your pocket? Everyone knows.
This is the dangerous, old-school loud that made people fall in love with Diesel back in the day.
Flowering time is a solid 10–11 weeks. The mother can be finicky and difficult to grow but most phenos found here are more manageable than the original. The payoff is worth it for anyone who knows how to finesse real old school sour genetics.
The weirdest part? The mother shows mild variegation almost every run. I’ve never heard of another Headband doing that. It’s a subtle trait that makes her feel like a true one-of-one mutation from the pre-flood era. I’ve speculated this might be an old throwback Diesel or similar that got renamed “Headband” early on, before all the later cuts flooded the scene. Either way, it’s the real deal from the early 2000s.
Reversing her is a nightmare. She only drops a tiny bit of pollen and most of it is sterile. I’ve only ever been able to pull a handful of seeds total, even after serious effort. These 12 feminized S1 seeds are almost the entire drop — made directly from the mother clone. She makes killer hybrids when used in hybrids, but S1 production is simply not worth it on any commercial level. That’s why this pack will probably never exist again.
If you’re a serious collector, breeder, or someone who chases true old-school clone-only genetics that have been kept alive for decades, this is your shot.
