Best Practices for vendors:
- Detailed description of the pack.
- Photos
- Seed Count
- Feminized/Regular
- Please list unopened/untampered packs up for auction.
- Any opened/tampered packs will be rejected UNLESS it is known that the packs were never sealed by breeder.
- Send your packs in a timely manner once confirmation email has been received.
- Email us your tracking number for proof.
- Follow through with your orders.
- If you continuously fail to send in the sold product, you will be removed/blocked.
- Check your email daily for new orders, or emailed questions from potential buyers.
- Provide an accessible email when signing up as a vendor.
- Do not make any changes to pricing once your auction is live.
- Do not extend your auction listing UNLESS there are no bids.
- Do not post unauthentic packs, it will be rejected, and you will be removed/blocked.
- Do not bid on your own auction.
How does the auction work as a vendor?
Vendors can post packs using their dashboard under the “auction” tab. When you have a winning bid, you will receive email confirmations with detailed instructions. From there, you send us the pack and the winner will send us their payment. Once we have possession of both pack and payment and are both verified, we send out the pack/payment to the winner/vendor.
Auction ended with a winning bid, but I never received an order number. What do I do?
The winner has not claimed the pack in their email. Vendors typically give up to 2-4 days for the winner to claim the pack, if you do not receive a confirmation email with an order number by then, please delete the post and relist the item.
Auction ended with a winning bid, but I have only gotten the first email confirmation. What do I do?
If you have only received the first confirmation email, the winner has not sent tracking for their payment. Vendors typically give 2-4 days for the winner to send payment. If you do not receive the second email by then, please let us know and we will cancel the order and you may relist the item.
Bidders
Best practices for bidding:
- ONLY SERIOUS BIDS
- Analyze listing carefully before bidding (photos, seed count, fem or reg).
- Auctions are cash only (USD).
- Keep track of your bids, you can add them to your “watchlist”.
- Claim your winning packs by placing an order.
- You will receive an email “auction won” in which you can place the order.
- Send your payment within 72 hrs.
- Email us your tracking number for proof.
- Follow through with your orders.
- If you continuously fail to send in your payment within the given timeline, you will be removed/blocked.
- Check your email daily for auctions won and auctions that have been outbid.
- Provide an accessible email when signing up.
I won an auction, what do I do?
There are two ways you can place the order. First way is to click on “my auctions”, click “pay” near the auction item you won, and fill out your information to place the order. Second way is through email. You will receive an email stating “You have won the auction!”. From there you can click the “payment” button and input your information to place the order. Once you complete the order, you will get an order number and an email confirmation. Follow instructions in email to make payment.

- If you (bidder) win an auction, you will get an email (“auction won”) to claim the pack and place the order. Just click “payment”.
- We take a 20% commission plus shipping for every order.
