Germination Disclaimer
We take pride in selecting stable, high-quality genetics. However, germination success depends on many factors outside our control, including storage, handling, and cultivation methods.
For this reason, we do not guarantee germination rates and cannot offer refunds based on individual grow results.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
